All orders are shipped via Canada post, please allow 1-5 business days for orders to be processed after your initial purchase. Once your oder is in the fulfillment stage, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Orders will take 24-48 hours for the link to activate and update. Orders will be trackable via email and can also be reviewed by our team upon email request. Shipping times vary depending on your location but range between 2-7 business days for Canadian orders.
It is very important to confirm that the shipping address is inputted correctly prior to submitting your order. C O C O will only be able to update a shipping address prior to fulfillment and shipment. All customers have 24 hours to contact C O C O's customer support Team via email to update the shipping address on your order.
